Entry Ban for 23 Countries

From today, Malaysia bars visitors from countries that have more than 150,000 confirmed coronavirus cases.

The entry ban will involve twenty-three countries – if we refer to the Worldometer website. Including neighbors Indonesia and Philippines as well as the USA, UK and India.

In fact, India is in an alarming predicament! The country has recorded more than 90,000 cases of Covid-19, a global daily record, according to data from the federal health ministry.

There were 90,632 new cases in the 24 hours to Sunday, according to the data from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, while the number of deaths rose by 1,065 to 70,626.

The country with 4.2 million cases passed Brazil as the second-most affected country by total infections and is behind only the United States, which has 6.4 million cases and close to 193,000 deaths.
