The Sun reported on Friday that the Atomic Energy Licensing Board (AELB) at its meeting on March 22 shall withhold issuance of the Temporary Operating Licence (TOL) to Lynas Corp (page 1). This came less than two months after the same Board approved the TOL for Lynas in Kuantan (Read my blog posting dated February 02, 2012). Welcome to Malaysia, the land of flip-flops.

Liverpool drew 1-1 with an Aston Villa side who had to settle for a point in their battle for top-flight safety. Villa went ahead when Chris Herd angled in a shot (10) from Barry Bannan's cutback. Then Luis Suarez got the equaliser when Daniel Agger's header came off the crossbar and the Uruguyan nodded in (82). This outcome is still depressing and Suarez had two penalty claims waved away. Bad luck decided to stay with the Reds.
