Malaysia's Lockdown Extends

Malaysia's MCO 3.0 is to be extended for another two weeks, from June 15 to June 28. No surprise really.

After all, Malaysia yesterday, yielded 5,793 new Covid-19 cases. And 24 clusters were detected, of which 15 were workplace clusters.

On Friday, 6,849 cases were recorded. There were 16 clusters and 12 of them were workplace clusters. In fact, the Guardian specifically pointed out that more than 800 workers at glove maker WRP had tested positive for Covid.

And on Thursday, 5,671 cases were reported with 22 clusters, 18 of them being workplace clusters.

I guess you know what I'm inferring to. More so if you've been reading my posts on the said subject. In any case, I won't add to the comments I've made before.

Besides, it's a pointless exercise. The government are going to do what they want to do and nothing will change.

My last words on this is that extended lockdowns won't work!

I spotted the "Awoo" comics – created by AC Stuart (who also goes by Andy) – and which illustrate relatable everyday struggles.

Sometimes, when things get tough, all we need is a dose of humorous self-reflection.

And for sure, I can relate to these cartoons prescribed below:
