Pearly Tan-Thinaah Muralitharan were in smashing form as they crushed world No. 3 Liu Sheng Shu-Tan Ning to win the Hong Kong Open women's doubles title today.
The world No. 8 Malaysians defeated the Chinese pair 21-14, 21-14 in an one-sided battle, which lasted 37 minutes.
The victory ends their two-year title wait on the World Tour and marks their first World Tour crown since the 2022 French Open and prior to that, the 2021 Swiss Open.
