The coronavirus caseload surged by another million and brings the total todate to 131 million cases.
And Canada hits one million Covid cases since the start of the pandemic, the 23rd country to do so.
UK’s Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency have now confirmed that seven people have died from unusual blood clots after getting the said vaccine.
Meanwhile, Germany too had reported 31 CVSTs (cerebral venous sinus thrombosis) – which is a type of blood clot in the brain – and nine deaths, with most cases in young or middle-aged women.
So, people have died. It reminds me of Russian roulette, except that the odds ratio is much, much lower. Of course, I'm assuming the numbers given are true in the first place. In this day and age where misinformation and deception flourish, you can never tell who is telling the truth.
But to conclude that the vaccine is dangerous would be entirely premature. After all, it is still unclear whether the thromboses actually had anything to do with the vaccine. Besides, we humans take on much greater risks of thrombosis day after day than we might face as a result of the vaccine.
In a well-known and scientifically proved example, for every million women who take the birth control pill, about 1,100 will get thrombosis. In addition, many circumstances and/or behaviors have been shown to double our risk of thrombosis. These include: obesity, travel (especially long-distance flights, car, bus or train rides) and smoking.
All of these factors have been clearly proved scientifically – and a possible link to vaccinations has not been proved at all. And so, health authorities are saying it loud and clear that there is no reason to panic.
Therefore, don't worry, people! If you gonna die, you gonna die. That's life.
