Companies readily spend big bucks to make us remember them. They put billboards along roads and highways, run commercials on radio and telly, and even have celebrities posting their products on social media.
But whatever message they're trying to convey, ultimately it's the relationship we have with them that matters. That's a truism. Let me say it again, relationships do matter!
