Angry Bird is Racing

Guess who’s also addicted to Angry Birds? Formula 1 driver Heikki Kovalainen has taken the smash hit game to the world of motorsports by having the iconic red bird painted on his helmet. Kovalainen confessed that he was such a big fan of the addictive game that he had completed all the game levels!

The driver and the game are connected as both hail from Finland.

Kovalainen is racing alongside teammate Vitaly Petrov to compete with 11 other teams at the 2012 F1 Petronas Malaysia Grand Prix.

Today I was at AirAsia Academy in Sepang to facilitate in the first of two Speechcraft sessions that MIMKL Toastmasters are hosting for nineteen Japanese cabin crew trainees. (The second session is scheduled for April 14, 2012). I was one of four mentors (the others were Chin Yeow Honn, Mohamad Azlan and Dr Rohana Ngah), in addition to presenting the “Art of Listening”. I had four mentees under my wing and after hearing them present their speeches (in English), I can say I was really proud of them! But the person to really salute is Vince Tay who did a great job of putting this together!
