On March 17, 2023, the Pre-Trial Chamber II of the International Criminal Court issued a warrant of arrest for Russian President Vladimir Putin because according to them, there are reasonable grounds to believe that he bears responsibility for the war crime of unlawful deportation of population and that of unlawful transfer of population from occupied areas of Ukraine to the Russian Federation, in prejudice of Ukrainian children.
Funny or not, it comes way too early. After all, it is 14 days to April Fool’s Day!
In any case, ICC have no jurisdiction nor authority to issue this arrest warrant!
Yesterday, Celtic struggled a fair bit but in the end, secured a 3-1 win over 10-player Hibernian.
Actually, it was Hibs that took the lead with a 39th-minute penalty.
Celtic leveled through Jota’s 52nd-minute spot-kick and Oh Hyeon-Gyu put them in front in the 81st minute before fellow substitute Sead Haksabanovic scored a well-taken third in stoppage-time.
Celtic have now won their opening 15 home games of a league season for just the second time in their history.
A two-week international break follows and then Celtic will resume Scottish Premiership action on April 02 at Ross County.
