On Thursday, I had highlighted India's bridge deficiencies, and that particular post featured Bhopal's 90-degree bridge.
But this was, by no means, an isolated incident. Last month, The Times of India reported on a high-tension electric transmission tower standing right smack in the middle of a Bengaluru road near the Hebbal neighborhood in Karnataka. The Economic Times even headlined it as a "Bangalore Masterpiece":
And it happened to be spotlighted by The Indian Express in this YouTube video "India’s 'Masterpiece' Engineering Blunders Go Viral, Spark Outrage Over Urban Planning Woes" published five days ago:
As I've said, India shouldn't pit itself against China. It's not fair.
India has a long, long, LONG way to go in reaching parity with China! It's best to compare itself with lesser countries like the US. 😁😁😁
