I am not a fan of Singapore's Lee Kuan Yew (left) but this statement he made rings very true: "Malaysia is prepared to lose its talents through its race-based policies in order to maintain the dominance of one race". Malaysians already know this for a long time now.

With more than 292,000 members in more than 14,350 clubs in 122 countries, Toastmasters International is helping more people than ever to become more confident communicators and leaders.
