Only A Matter of Time

 

As in elsewhere, Ukraine losses in Russia's Kursk Region are mounting. A massive waste of men and equipment.

 

TASS reported on Friday that that country's losses since the beginning of the incursion on August 06, 2024 reached 20,200 troops, 135 tanks, 66 infantry fighting vehicles, 98 armored personnel carriers, 870 armored combat vehicles, 580 motor vehicles, 165 artillery pieces, 33 multiple rocket launchers, including eight HIMARS and six US-made MLRS, nine launchers of anti-aircraft missile systems, five transport and loading vehicles, 43 radio-electronic warfare stations, nine counter-battery radars, three air defense radars, 20 pieces of engineering and other equipment, including 12 engineering demolition vehicles, a UR-77 demining unit, and two armored repair vehicles, citing the Russian Defense Ministry.

 

In the past day, Ukrainian troops sustained more than 400 casualties and as many as 17 enemy soldiers surrendered. According to the MOD, enemy losses also included a tank and 15 armored combat vehicles, five artillery mounts, including a French-provided Caesar howitzer and a Ukrainian-made Bogdana self-propelled artillery gun, an engineering clearing vehicle and an armored repair and recovery vehicle.

 

Russia is delivering crushing blows to enemy troops in Kursk almost on a daily basis. It's only a matter of time before the latter are decimated.
