Nicol David is the Champion of the 2013 Carol Weymuller Open! She beat Camille Serme 3-0 (12-10, 11-2, 11-5) in Brookyln, New York on Sunday with yet another masterpiece of attacking squash! For David to win is really something because virtually every match had at least one player from within the top ten!
Kenneth Tuttle Wilhem, squash coach, instructor and blogger described her as Nicol David 2.0 – an attacking player, with the same or improved fitness level.
Low Wee Wern may have lost in the second round to Laura Massaro, but she continues to show an improving game and that is encouraging.
