During Halloween, supermodel-turned-actress Heidi Klum wished her pumpkins to be really different. She wanted scary goblins’ and spooky elves’ faces instead of the usual carving patterns for her twelfth annual Halloween party. Hauntingly created by artists Ray Villafane and Andy Bergholtz, these monstrous face sculptures were displayed during an exhibition in the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, USA last Wednesday. And the ghoulish pumpkins were also displayed at Heidi Klum's Halloween party at the Venetian’s TAO Nightclub on Saturday:
Heidi Klum always manages to show up in the most outrageous, over the top, super unique yet very cool Halloween costumes for her annual Halloween parties.
This year is no different.

Even the Toastmasters meeting that I attended yesterday was Halloween-themed and some of their members came dressed in witches’ attire. I was entertained by at least two good speeches – CC speech # 4 How to Say It, delivered by Wong Shi Wen and Sharon Lee, who were both animated and expressive. I took on the role of Table Topics Evaluator. A good meeting that scored a 6 out of a 10. The only hitch was that they started twenty minutes late and finished way past ten.
I forgot to report the Celtic-Hibs game on Saturday which was forgetable. Celtic dropped 12 points behind leaders Rangers in the Scottish Premier League after a lackluster display in their goalless draw against Hibernian. Certainly, it was an afternoon of frustration against a side the Hoops had beaten 4-1 in the Scottish Communities League Cup quarter-finals in midweek.
