Parasite's Visual Language

This video essay aims to dig deep into the film's multi-faceted symbolism as well as an exploration of cinematic language that is employed effectively to tell the story of the harsh realities of class inequality:
Liverpool managed to carve a 2-1 win over AFC Bournemouth on Saturday and yes, it was a timely victory even if it was another unconvincing win. Still, three points in the pocket is what matters.

It was the Cherries who struck first in the ninth minute before we leveled sixteen minutes later when Mohamed Salah squeezed a low shot into the right hand corner. And then Sadio Mane latched onto Virgil van Dijk's through ball to beat the keeper while one-on-one and completed Liverpool’s turnaround.

The Reds' attention will now turn towards the Champions League as they look to overturn a 1-0 deficit in their last-16 second leg against Atletico Madrid on Wednesday.

On the same day too, Celtic walked all over St Mirren and extended their lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership to 16 points – with a thumping 5-0 win.

Leigh Griffiths scored twice in the first-half – from Odsonne Edouard's cross, then after a one-two with Tom Rogic. Edouard netted in the fifty-fourth minute before Griffiths' third twenty minutes later, and Callum McGregor netted a 90th minute penalty as Celtic edge closer to a ninth consecutive title.
