Nathan Rich Apologizes to Jesse Watters

Jesse Watters (right) is purportedly an American political commentator on the Fox News Channel.

On Monday, talking about Covid-19, the co-host of The Five on FOX News, had accused China of being responsible for the epidemic and demanded that the Chinese government say sorry for the outbreak of the novel coronavirus – pointing to China as being responsible for the epidemic.

Some US politicians and elites have similarly made preposterous claims, either out of ignorance of the real situation or an attempt to shift people's focus as the US is ill-prepared to tackle the virus.

After Watters said he expected "a formal apology," his co-host Dana Perino asked him, "What if the outbreak started here [in the US]?"

Watters shunned the question, and shifted the topic to Chinese cuisine, stupidly saying that Chinese "are a very hungry people" and that “the Chinese communist government cannot feed the people".

“…I’ll tell you why it started in China”, Watters said amid delighted cackles from his co-hosts. “Because they have these markets where they are eating raw bats and snakes”.

Covid-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus, is believed to have originated in Wuhan, China in December 2019.

BUT the specific origin is unknown – scientists have detected similarities with past diseases found to be carried by bats, pangolins, and civet cats. And although scientists and public health officials are still investigating the disease’s transmission capabilities, some misleading caricatures of eating habits, which did not originate from China, have emerged on social media.

The fact of the matter is the Chinese government has made tremendous contributions to the control and prevention of the epidemic.

The virus is now a global battle. And China is the main bastion in the fight against this deadly threat.

I find it perplexing that there are ignoramuses like Watters still wanting to put the spotlight on China even as the virus spreads throughout America!

I love it that YouTuber Nathan Rich (left) did a video and gave an “apology” – the only apology statement Watters will ever get!

I disagree with Rich on one thing though.

Some lowlife like Watters can't learn and won't learn. Certainly, he can't "turn things around" even if he tried. He was just born stupid.
