Jamaican Rhapsody

The Israeli reggae band Ronald Reggae with their take on Queen's 'Bohemian Rhapsody' and it's all about the ganja – it’s called Jamaican Rhapsody:

I’m dedicating the above song to IJM’s Ramesh Subramaniam, LOL!

Last evening, I returned to Jalan Yong Shook Lin in Petaling Jaya, Selangor to attend the joint meeting of IJM & Hilti Asia IT Services Toastmasters Clubs. I went because I had an invite from the Toastmaster of the Evening, IJM’s Chloe Chor.

I had no speaking and/or meeting role – although I did take part in Table Topics.

Still, it was nice to sit way at the back and just enjoy the meeting.

Only one beef with the meeting – it didn’t start on time and it didn’t end on time either.

On Wednesday, at the Women’s World Cup Group D game between Scotland and Argentina, another heartbreaking 90+4 minutes.

The former was knocked out of the competition after a twice taken added-time penalty gave the latter a dramatic 3-3 draw. The two Argentine goals came in the last sixteen minutes.

For the third match running, Scotland conceded a penalty that cost them points.

Their opening two defeats by England and Japan had followed a similar pattern – two goals down including a spot-kick by half-time and a late rally producing a consolation goal.

I’m just disappointed. And sad.
