And just as bad, thirty other areas in peninsular Malaysia are reported to be at Level One (Alert Level) with the temperature reaching between 35 and 37 degrees Celcius compared with 23 areas on Monday.

These Level One areas are Chuping in Perlis; Bayan Lepas in Penang; Pulau Langkawi, Sik, Baling and Kulim in Kedah; Selama, Manjung, Hulu Perak, Kuala Kangsar and Batang Padang in Perak; Jerantut, Raub, Temerloh, Maran and Bentong in Pahang; Hulu Selangor, Kuala Selangor, Sepang, Klang and Petaling in Selangor; Jempol, Port Dickson, Rembau and Jelebu in Negeri Sembilan; Alor Gajah and Melaka Tengah in Melaka; Tangkak in Johor; Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Krai in Kelantan.

Sweltering hot, searing hot, scorching hot!!! What we are experiencing these days are very, very, very hot days indeed!!!

On Tuesday, I was at the Bangsar Toastmasters meeting where I presented my last speech for my Competent Communication manual for the fifty-fifth time.

It was a CC #6 speech project titled Whispers in the Night. And I was voted Best Assignment Speaker.

It is equally nice to know that Amberina Gee who was also there and who tried impromptu speaking, was voted Best Table Topics Speaker!

And the rest of the photos from the said meeting:
