UMNO Want Political Power, At Any Cost

The cat is now out of the bag!

Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has confirmed that all fifty-one UMNO MPs had readily signed statutory declarations empowering him as party president to negotiate with political parties outside of Barisan Nasional. And that the negotiation is for one primary purpose – to form an alliance which would enable the party to once again assume federal power (Malay Mail, September 15, 2018).

It’s not about serving Malaysia.

It’s not about serving the rakyat.

It’s not about anything but just wanting power for power’s sake!

Ahmad Zahid (right) is suggesting he will even sell his soul to the devil himself if it means he can get his grubby hands on the reins of power – so UMNO can get back in the saddle.

UMNO have been reduced to being merely a sty occupied by self-serving politicians who are shameful, shameless and scandalous. They have proven themselves to be political prostitutes and nothing else.

Malaysians doth well to remind ourselves that:

And of course, the not-so-good news that Team France beat Team Malaysia 2-1 at the Women's CGG WSF World Team Championship 2018 in Dalian, China yesterday.

Camille Serme won against Nicol David 11-9, 11-2, 11-5 (29 minutes); Coline Aumard won against Sivasangari Subramaniam 8-11, 11-8, 11-8, 11-8 (48 minutes) and Melissa Alves lost to Low Wee Wern 7-11, 8-11 (19 minutes).

Only the 5th-8th place play-offs remain for Malaysia. Sigh!

Also yesterday, in the Scottish Premiership match between Celtic and St Mirren, the former were unconvincing. And the outcome was a goalless draw.
