Ghostbusters Wanted in Kepong

I just came across this piece of news that a Malaysian woman, whose identity is unknown had gone to see her Kepong MP Lim Lip Eng seeking government funding to perform an exorcism.

She had claimed her previous terrace home in Kepong was haunted and so, she moved out to a new condominium nearby – only to discover that it is similarly haunted. In fact, she said there are more ghosts than ever before.

Lim said although his service center had received complaints about paranormal activity from the public – but this was the first time a constituent had actually asked for money.

I guess some constituents have nobody and nowhere to turn to – so they refer to their MP.

I'm speculating that she must have approached The Ghostbusters – and found out that their fees are terribly exorbitant – hence, her plea for financial help.

Anyway, the good thing is, at least, she won’t be lonely!

Liverpool did well to exact a 3-2 victory over star-studded Paris St-Germain in their opening Champions League Group C game at Anfield on Tuesday.

Daniel Sturridge in Liverpool's starting line-up, powered home a pinpoint curling cross from Andrew Robertson to open the scoring in the thirtieth minute and James Milner added a second from the spot six minutes later after Georginio Wijnaldum was fouled.

PSG’s Thomas Meunier pulled one back in the fortieth minute and then another goal in the eighty-third minute – Kylian Mbappe's equaliser had threatened to rescue a point for the French champions.

But substitute Roberto Firmino made us smile broadly even as our hearts pounded madly when he beat goalie Alphonse Areola with a low, angled drive (90+1) to give the Reds a dramatic victory.

Liverpool have won their opening six games this season!
