PAS Will Go It Alone

PAS will never join Pakatan Harapan, swore their deputy president Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man (right), adding that the Islamist party would remain as the third bloc in Malaysian politics.
Of course, they are assuming that they will survive GE14!
The party, he had insisted, will also never cooperate with splinter party Parti Amanah Negara and DAP, nor will they work with UMNO.
The decision, Tuan Ibrahim added, was proven to be correct based on their continued objection to PAS’ Islamic agenda, including the tabling of the Private Member’s Bill to upgrade the Syariah Courts (Criminal Jurisdiction) Act or RUU355 last Thursday.
Malaysian leaders can learn from the Indonesians.
Check out their presidential motorcade. No sirens, no closure of roads, no inconveniencing the general public.
Just the Paspampres or Pasukan Pengamanan Presiden (English: Presidential Security Force) doing their job without fuss.
