UMNO's Razlan Rafii Admits UMNO Leaders Enrich Themselves

On June 24, 2016, UMNO sacked their deputy president Muhyiddin Yassin and former Kedah menteri besar Mukhriz Mahathir, while Shafie Apdal was suspended.

[Shafie had since quit UMNO].

And the knives are out for these rebels.

Federal Territories UMNO Youth chief is one of those ever ready to stab them at every opportunity. In fact, I would even go so far to say that it has become an obsession within UMNO.

Razlan Rafii (right) had come out to say that Muhyiddin had benefited greatly from UMNO.

The comforts enjoyed by the former deputy PM were due to his position in UMNO – but having said that, the same can be said of every other UMNO leader too. These UMNO leaders have lived off their positions in the party at the expense of their ordinary members as well as the rakyat.

We all know PM Najib Razak’s lavish lifestyle is also due to the same reason and this has shamelessly extended to his wife, children, stepson and his countless cronies.

If you read Razlan’s statement, he had made a public admission that if you join UMNO, your wealth is enough to cover your next seven generations. That is how corrupt UMNO are.

Today, the Malay nationalist party are not fighting for the good of the people, particularly the Malays – they just want to take all for themselves. In other words, UMNO exist to enrich their leaders!

Thank you, Razlan for that honest acknowledgment of UMNO’s true purpose in the political scheme of things!

On Tuesday, I was at Wisma WIM at #7, Jalan Abang Haji Openg in TTDI, KL to attend the Metropolitan Bilingual Toastmasters meeting.

I didn't get a speaking slot at MII Toastmasters Club but thankfully, Division D Director Henry Fu who happened to be the Toastmaster-of-the-Evening that day – had been very obliging to allow me to deliver my speech. The confirmation was made barely three hours before the start of the said meeting. In fact, because of my request – that meeting had five speakers!

I presented my second assignment “Resources for Informing” from the Speaking to Inform manual – a speech titled “Covert Money”. And I won two ribbons for Best Speaker and Best Table Topics Speaker. Feeling good!

A good meeting overall!
