Crime scene
Two people are dead while another is in critical condition following an attack by six men armed with parang at Destiny Club along Jalan Dutamas 1 in KL’s Solaris Dutamas on Wednesday.
Also on July 06, Star Online reproduced a news report from the Tamil dailies that a 30-year-old man had been arrested in Mantin, Negeri Sembilan after attacking a restaurant worker and customers with a meat knife and then trying to rob a passing motorcyclist.

On July 04, a 76-year-old man driving along KL's Jalan Masjid India's Ramadan bazaar was assaulted by a gang of some ten men following a minor traffic accident involving a motorcyclist. They stomped on his car, badly damaging it.
On June 29, a food delivery man who was believed to have been drinking at a playground at SS3, Petaling Jaya, was brutally slashed to death. Police are still trying to ascertain the motive for the murder.
And on June 22, a fish farm operator was seriously injured when armed assailants attacked him outside a restaurant in Sungai Udang in Nibong Tebal, Penang. The attackers fled when the victim collapsed in a pool of blood.
In a span of fifteen days, five violent crimes were committed – in addition to the shootings that I blogged about yesterday. And the grenade attack.
Didn’t I say the country is unsafe?
This is so very true:
