Marilyn Monroe Lookalike

On January 10, 2016, at the Golden Globes, Lady Gaga decided to go for the classic look that was straight out of red carpet history. She opted for a black Versace off-the-shoulder gown. And she served a big wow!

With her platinum blonde hair up in curls, defined wasp waist, and classic hands-on-hips pose – she was a dead ringer for silver screen icon Marilyn Monroe.

And Lady Gaga, in fact, won a Golden Globe Award winning Best Actress in a limited series/TV movie for FX's American Horror Story: Hotel.

But the most striking element of her look was what was missing – her seventeen tattoos, mostly located on the left side of her body – and which had been covered up and hidden with makeup.

Artist Mike Mekash used acrylic and adhesive based makeup called PAX to achieve the look, in effect temporally tattooing over her designs, and said on Facebook: 'The covers I did looked great on the red carpet and on stage when she WON! And for 99% of the press photos'.

Last Sunday, in the fourth round of the Scottish Cup between Celtic and Stranraer, the former gave a composed display to win 3-0. The scorers were Leigh Griffiths (18, 84) and Carlton Cole (42).

On Wednesday, Liverpool and Arsenal have to be contented with sharing a point each after their EPL match ended in a 3-3 draw.

Roberto Firmino (10, 19) gave Liverpool the lead – twice – in an exciting first half, but Arsenal took advantage of poor defending from Jurgen Klopp's side to level through Aaron Ramsey (14) and Olivier Giroud (25). Giroud looked to have put the Gunners on course for a victory when he swiveled and stroked the ball into the net to put Arsenal ahead on 55 minutes – but Reds substitute Joe Allen equalized with a low 90th-minute finish.

A pulsating match. Edge-of-the-seat suspense. A fair result.
