Zany Frozen Hairstyles

Adventurous bathers braved temperatures well below freezing in Canada in February 2015 to participate in a hair freezing contest at Takhini Hot Pools in Whitehouse, Yukon.
The Canadian natural hot springs – in operation for over 100 years – flow at a temperature of 116.6° Farenheit, creating a relaxing contrast to the bitter cold of the Yukon winter, and a perfect chance to create zany frozen hairstyles by going underwater and quickly back above the surface.
The winning photo (i.e. second photo above), includes not only frozen hair but also frozen eyebrows and a frozen beard.
A brrr-ing experience that is so outlandishly cool!

On Saturday afternoon, I was at the Malaysian Insurance Institute on Jalan Sri Semantan 1 in KL’s Damansara Heights where I represented KL Advanced Toastmasters Club in the Area G1 Table Topics Contest. Five contestants representing five clubs competed and I emerged victorious.
I will now compete at Division-level on April 11.
And I got my ticket to the Taman Indrahana event on August 01:
