Insecure Penang Muslims

There are some very insecure Muslims in Penang!
A group of about 150 Malay NGO members – including Perkasa and Gabungan Pelajar Pelajar Melayu Semenanjung (GPMS) – held a protest outside the Bayan Baru mosque on Tuesday night on the belief that somebody was planning an "attack" on the mosque! They were anxious, alarmed and angry!
But a day earlier, it was the 229-year-old Assumption Church on Farquhar Street in Georgetown, Penang that was the one “under attack”. Police are investigating but they believe two persons were responsible for the attempt to firebomb the church at about 1:30 AM.
And on Sunday, five banners – meant to incite, ignite and inflame – with the words "Allah is great, Jesus is the son of Allah" were found outside the gates of five churches – they are Assumption Church, St John Britto Church in Sungai Pinang, Church of the Immaculate Conception in Pulau Tikus, Victory Lutheran in Island Glades and Church of the Nativity in Butterworth.
Two contrasting situations. The Christians are level-headed. On the other hand, the Muslims as seen from their recent actions – I am referring to those people above – are easily agitated and ready to go berserk. The latter should have a time-out; they should learn to let go of their hostility. May peace be upon them!
I am not alluding to anybody or anything in particular but I believe that sometimes, believers miss the point about their religion. I am reminded of it when I saw this cartoon:
