Malaysian Households Face Tough 2014

According to the World Bank’s Economic Monitor report on Malaysia released on December 10, 2013, Malaysian households can expect a tough 2014! Actually, we don’t even have to wait for the new year to be ushered in. It is already tough NOW, thanks to Najib Razak and his BN government!

BTW, we don’t need the World Bank to tell us this sorry state of affairs. Malaysians already know because we are being pummeled by rising prices (of goods and services). Many Malaysians are finding it hard to make ends meet.

My posting dated December 02, 2013 on the Glasgow copter accident at The Clutha bar on November 29 mentioned eight deaths. Actually, todate, ten people have died. Four had been identified earlier – the three crew members and a pub patron, Gary Arthur. The other five who were killed and who were also inside the bar were Samuel McGhee, Colin Gibson, Robert Jenkins, John McGarrigle and Mark O'Prey. The tenth victim, Joe Cusker died at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary yesterday.

Sometimes, death has a way of coming in through the door. Unannounced.
