Malaysian Spring

Multi-colored cloth mini flags dubbed “flowers” were first planted inside the Jalan Tempinis roundabout in Lucky Garden, Bangsar on April 14, and adopted by PKR’s Nurul Izzah Anwar as part of her Lembah Pantai re-election campaign for GE13.

DBKL tried to squash the initiative but they gave up when residents stood their ground. [Check out my blogpost on the Bangsar story at this link:

Then BN campaigners tried to hide the flowers. So Malaysians planted them all over and soon they bloomed in many grassy patches not just in the capital city, but in towns and cities across the country and even overseas.

“People’s Power” is unstoppable!

It is sad but there are still Malaysians who are foolish enough to keep believing in BN or rather, UMNO. These dunces should check out this video:

Actually, what’s so difficult when choosing between the devil (i.e. UMNO) and the angel (Pakatan Rakyat), to use Mahathir Mohamad’s own words? Why don't we give Pakatan Rakyat a chance? Surely, they cannot be worse than UMNO?!? Jom ubah!
