£94 Million in 40 Days

Did you know that the latest James Bond adventure, Skyfall, has become the most successful movie EVER at the UK box office? It's made over £94 million from ticket sales in just 40 days – soundly beating the previous record holder Avatar, which made £94 million in 11 months.

Already, Skyfall was named the UK's most successful Bond movie in November.

On Monday, I attended the joint meeting of the Puchong English and Money Mastery Toastmasters Clubs where I was as expected, given a role to play. This must be the fastest role-switching that I have ever experienced – I was originally slated to be a Speech Evaluator and when I arrived at the venue, I was told I would be the Grammarian instead and the meeting had hardly gone for six minutes, and I swapped roles again – this time as the Table Topics Evaluator. But overall, putting aside this major irritation, I enjoyed the meeting. A score of a 6.5 out of a 10.
