PR Ceramahs Boost Confidence

On Friday, some 50,000 people turned up for a Pakatan Rakyat ceramah at Kota Bharu’s Sultan Muhamed VI Stadium – it normally seats 30,000 – signalling that the BN is not going to find it easy to recapture the state. Looking at the above photo and I am reassured that Kelantan will remain with PAS.

PR had an earlier rally on November 03, 2012 in rain-drenched Seremban that drew in an audience of about thirty thousand. The big guns – Anwar Ibrahim, Lim Kit Siang and Abdul Hadi Awang representing PKR, DAP and PAS respectively were there to give Malaysians a glimpse of what to expect when official campaigning for the next general election starts.

In the EPL match between Liverpool and Wigan, the former cruised to a 3-0 victory over the later. In the first half, the Reds had chances that came and went but after the break, Liverpool turned on the style to produce a rampant second-half performance. Luis Suarez broke the deadlock in the 47th minute, meeting Raheem Sterling's cross with a first-time shot that took a slight deflection off Ivan Ramis. He then doubled the lead in the 58th minute after taking a throughball from Jose Enrique, who in turn netted the third in the 65th after Suarez set up Sterling for a shot that was parried into his path.
