Funny Faces

This series of eye-popping pictures show what you would look like if you walked head first into a hurricane. Lithuanian photographer Tadas ńĆerniauskas invited 100 models into his Vilnius studio so he could blast their faces with air with an industrial hairdryer. The weird and even grotesque results were then displayed as part of his 'Blow Job' exhibition. I found the photos really funny!

On Wednesday, I was in Brickfields to deliver my CC speech # 3 at the MIA Toastmasters meeting. Titled “The Tipping Point”, I made up the speech on the spot as my name was called to come up to the front. Overall, the meeting was restrained, having atracted eight participants, of whom only two are members of the said club. The meeting room was also messy and cluttered. We were informed that another meeting had taken place prior to ours and the attendees didn’t bother to tidy up. I will give it a score of just 2 marks out of a 10. Disappointing.
