Toastmaster of 3 Years

Exactly three years ago, I joined Toastmasters. It has been an extraordinary journey because from a tongue-tied introvert that I was, I have been transformed into a smashing speaker. Sure, I have made great strides but I know that I am still grasping the intricacies of speech-making. It is not enough to be a good speaker - I aim to be articulate, expressive and eloquent. Sure, I have won many ribbons and awards but I am still learning to be an even better speaker. Then one day, I hope to be really good enough to win speech competitions – all of them! Whether Humor, Table Topics, Evaluation or International Speech. I shall amplify my potential and reach for the stars! I can and I will. Toastmastering is indeed my personal classroom of self-discovery and self-learning. Thank you, Toastmasters!

Dear Victor Ong,

Toastmasters and its programs is definitely an interesting journey of self discovery.

The enunciation of our articulation and the courage to speak has definitely transformed our lives and personalities.

More... our perceptions also come alive at our beckoning. It also sharpens our key to understanding words that releases power subtle and overt.

Please keep me informed of your visit to Midvalley TM and I will most delightedly arrange an active role for you especially as an invocator or an inspiring GE.

Warm regards,
Moses Wong
